Deana McDermott graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, focusing on public relations and marketing. She began her professional journey in health tech, where she became familiar with various electronic medical records and worked directly with hospitals across the country. After four years, Deana joined a regional hospital system as marketing coordinator, leading program management and on-site execution for community and professional events. She has served as a liaison to community and business groups across counties in the South Jersey region. In addition, Deana has also worked as an events coordinator at one of the largest, most historic sites in Philadelphia. At Kendrick & Company, Deana leads competitor, keyword, and social strategy research.
